Warranty and Returns

ELEPHAS warrants the customer that our products will be defect-free in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for the stated period of time. If the ELEPHAS product you purchased doesn’t meet our quality standards, you may request a replacement for this item. Our warranty applies to products bought from ELEPHAS or our authorized seller on Amazon. We reserve the right to reject claims for products that have defects due to normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse.
